If the mortgagee fails to notify the person who has the obligation to pay legal fruits of the fact that the mortgaged property is seized , the mortgagee ' s right shall not extend to such fruits
抵押权人未将扣押抵押物的事实通知应当清偿法定孳息的义务人的，抵押权的效力不及于该孳息。
